Current inventory count
A “0” on hand means RIM reports zero of that item for your region as of the pull date shown above. “No RIM equivalent” means the item is not tracked in RIM under any reviewed name. Nothing is pulled from another source automatically. Choose “Correct inventory count” if you know the count, or “Cannot assess” if you do not.

How your work is saved
Answers auto-save in this browser for the region you chose. They do not sync to other computers or other people. Choose your region first.
Click Download draft backup to keep a JSON file, share it with a teammate, or move to another computer. Use Restore a draft to load that file. Official submit is still the Submit button — not emailing the JSON.
Submit regional input sends the reviewed answers to official intake. After acceptance you cannot edit or delete that version. To change answers later, choose Correction, enter the prior receipt ID, and submit a new version. Both versions stay on record.
After acceptance you get a printable receipt — keep it. Use Print or save PDF (full form) anytime after choosing your region; you do not need every field filled first.
Excel is only for internal analysis after intake.
