To conclude CRSI 58, Disaster Operations and Community Operations will work with divisions and regions to validate baseline capabilities and identify regional variability factors that will inform future PAR (Periodic Automatic Replenishment) levels — and support decisions for the DCS fleet, trailers, facilities, and the overall logistics strategy.
Each region gets a read-only engagement profile. Five parameters drive a full PAR baseline worksheet; changing a factor in the baseline tables rebuilds every region page and the national rollup.
